You eed to choose which block you wat to build a buildig from, ad the your task will be to build a eve buildig from that block. Durig the costructio, make sure that the blocks do ot fall to the groud, as your goal is to build the tallest buildig possible to accommodate as may people as possible. After costructio, you will eed to select the locatio where you wat to place the buildig, ad the the game will be saved.
