Just tap o the arrow buttos to chage the directio of the arrows so the sleighs ca get to the correct house.

Guide the sleigh to the house that is the same color as the gift the sleigh is carrying. As you progress the sleighs move a little faster and there is less time between sleighs. Go for a high score before you make 3 bad deliveries.
